Sprigatito sits at the start of its evolution line — not yet at full power, but that changes fast. Most trainers push through to Meowscarada as fast as possible. One of the newer additions from Gen 9. 5 type weaknesses to keep in mind.

Sprigatito's stats barely vary. 0 sit in respectable range with no real gaps. It's a blank slate for EV investment. Worth 1 Speed EV, 1.06M XP medium-slow curve to max.

The egg pool carries weight here. Ally Switch and Copycat aren't available any other way for Sprigatito, and they meaningfully change what it threatens. Stack those on top of Leaf Storm and Solar Beam for solid options.

  • Sprigatito isn't fully evolved, so it's not built for competitive play. You'll want to evolve it into Floragato to unlock its full potential. At 310 BST, it's a stepping stone rather than a team anchor.

  • Sprigatito's biggest threats include Charizard (Fire), Cloyster (Ice), and Crobat (Poison), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Flying and Bug-type attackers are also a problem. With 5 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter.

  • Sprigatito evolves into Floragato at level 16. Sprigatito is the base form in a 3-stage evolutionary line.

  • Run Protean on Sprigatito. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Sprigatito also gets Overgrow, but they don't compare.

  • Sprigatito fills the balanced role. It's leaning toward the physical side (base 61 Attack). At base 65 Speed, it won't be moving first often. And it's fragile — can't afford to take many hits.

  • Sprigatito can be found in Scarlet & Violet.

Introduced in Scarlet & Violet, Sprigatito has appeared in 1 games across 1 generation. Later debuts mean fewer total appearances, but it's been a consistent presence since its introduction.
