Where To Find D Hunter Of The Dead in Elden Ring

D Hunter Of The Dead Quest Guide in Elden Ring

D provides you with a questline; much like the other questlines in this game, they require a few steps to complete. Whether going to a specific location or defeating a particular enemy, we will list the steps below needed to complete D's questline.

To begin his questline, you will first encounter him in a field west of Summonwater Village; you will find him standing over a dead body, paying respects
He will warn you of the danger in Summonwater Village; you will want to head to the village after speaking to him
Once inside the village, defeat the Tibia Mariner D had warned you about
After defeating the Tibia Mariner, speak to D in the town (If he hasn't already gone back to the Roundtable Hold) to obtain directions to the Bestial Sanctum in Caelid
Head to the Bestial Sanctum and feed the Deathroot you got from the Tibia Mariner to Gurranq
After doing so, you can head back to the Roundtable Hold and speak to D. He will be sitting on a chair next to the Table of Lost Grace; he will sell you two Incantations if you join his Order

Warning: Before continuing this questline, make sure you buy the two Incantations from D

D is also involved in Fia and Rogier's Questline, and this questline also provides you with an armor set and a weapon if done a specific way. We will list how you can tackle the rest of this questline, including the option that provides both the items- starting with the first method.

Once you have defeated Godrick the Grafted, you will find Rogier in the Roundtable Hold. Speak to him.
After speaking to him, talk to D.
While progressing Fia's Questline, she will ask you to do her a favor- asking her what she needs will provide you with a Weathered Dagger. She wants you to give the blade to its owner. You must do this to progress D's questline
Give the blade to D
Leave the Roundtable Hold and return
Go inside the previously locked room beside Fia's bed chambers to discover Fia has murdered D. You can loot his body for his Bell Bearing and the Twinned Armor Set

This is technically the end of D's Questline; however, you will eventually acquire both the Twinned Armor Set and the Inseparable Sword by following the steps below.

Warning: By completing these steps below, Fia will die at the end of this Quest. Make sure you defeat the Lichdragon Fortissax in Deeproot Depths during her Quest before continuing, or you can not finish her questline

First, go to the Sofria Aqueduct located in Nokron, Eternal City
After finding D's brother, give him the Twinned Armor to receive the Inner Order Gesture
Go to Fia's location in Deeproot Depths; D's brother will kill her. Do not kill him
Reload the area by resting at a Site or by other methods to obtain the Twinned Armor Set and Inseparable Sword by Fia's corpse
