Sorcerer Rogier Quest Guide in Elden Ring

Rogier provides you with a questline; much like the other questlines in this game, they require a few steps to complete. Whether going to a specific location or defeating a particular enemy, we will list the steps below needed to complete Rogier's questline.

Rogier can first be found in the small chapel inside of Stormveil Castle- the chapel is located near the Rampart Tower Site of Grace. When you speak to him, you can buy three Ashes of War, those being; Glintstone Pebble, Carian Greatsword, and Spinning Weapon
After defeating Godrick the Grafted, Rogier can be found in the Roundtable Hold on the Balcony overlooking the area where Mad Tongue Alberich is fought (However, after this point, you can not continue his questline if you have spoken to Ranni inside Ranni's Rise located in Liurnia of the Lakes)
Rogier can die due to an illness; this can be prevented by completing some steps in his questline- first, you must kill the Ulcerated Tree Spirit inside the Stormveil Castle Cellar near the Liftside Chamber Site of Grace
After defeating the Tree Spirit, you must find Rogier's Bloodstain inside the Stormveil Castle Cellar. It should be beside a kneeling corpse
Once you view the Bloodstain, return to the Roundtable Hold and speak to Rogier, he will mention that he needs a Black Knifeprint
Speak to Fia to obtain the Dungeon Location for Black Knife Catacombs located in Liurnia of the Lakes
Defeat the Black Knife Assassin inside the Black Knife Catacombs (you can summon D, Hunter of the Dead to help)
After obtaining the Knifeprint, bring it back to Rogier to prevent him from dying for now
Make sure you have unlocked the Three Sisters by defeating the Royal Knight Loretta
After speaking to Rogier, he will ask you to find the "Cursemark of Death" you can find that out by talking to Ranni at Ranni's Rise
Speak to Ranni, who will send you away (this will not lock you out of Ranni's Ending. You will need to complete an additional step to continue her questline)
Return to Rogier, who will tell you to join Ranni's Service
After progressing Ranni's Questline, Rogier will eventually die after falling into a deep sleep. Once he dies, you can pick up his Bell Bearing and the Spellblade's Armor Set. Optionally, you can speak to Fia after Rogier's death to learn more about it
