150 in Attack, Sp. Atk, and Speed but 50 in both defenses. The moveset fires from either side faster than everything in the format. Opponents need priority moves because nothing outspeeds Deoxys naturally. One hit from anything ends it. Banned from standard play in base form.

Moves List
The level-up pool tells the story here. Deoxys learns Psychic and Superpower naturally, plus enough variety that TMs feel like bonuses. Coverage across 10 types extends the reach beyond that.

Deoxys Black 2 & White 2 Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, Deoxys is a Mythical Pokemon rated B-Tier. At 600 BST, it hits hard. It excels as a sweeper. Zenheadbutt with Focus Sash is the standard set.
In Black 2 & White 2, Deoxys's biggest threats include Heracross (Bug), Misdreavus (Ghost), and Houndoom (Dark), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Deoxys's base 150 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
Pressure is the go-to ability for Deoxys. It increases the PP cost of moves targetting the Pokémon by one. It's Deoxys's only ability.
Deoxys is a mixed attacker with base 180 Attack and 180 Sp. Atk. Fragile, can't afford to take many hits, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 150 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. Fits the sweeper role.
For Black 2 & White 2, the core moveset is Zenheadbutt, Extreme Speed, Superpower, and Dark Pulse. Zenheadbutt leads at 0% usage. This set covers the sweeper role with a mix of damage and utility.
Game Availability
