Birth Island via the AuroraTicket event is where Deoxys waits. Level 30, catch rate 3, a single interact encounter in both versions. On original GBA cartridges the AuroraTicket was a rare Nintendo event distribution (same 2004-2005 era as the MysticTicket) that most players never received. On the 2026 Nintendo Switch re-release, the AuroraTicket is auto-added to your Bag when you enter the Hall of Fame with a Pokemon that hasn't already earned a Champion Ribbon.
