Regigigas is one of the many Legendary Pokemon found and captured in the Hisui region. Regigigas is involved in a request called, The Plate of Snowpoint Temple and can be found inside Snowpoint Temple, located in the Alabaster Icelands. This request can only be obtained after finishing the main story. You will need to have the Iron Plate, the Icicle Plate, and the Stone Plate before the door to the basement will open. After the door opens, you can proceed inside, where you can find Regigigas and now be able to battle and capture it.
