Legends: Arceus uses Effort Levels instead of EVs and a different stat formula than mainline games. Natures still boost one stat by 10% and lower another, but the final numbers differ from what you'd see in Scarlet & Violet or Sword & Shield. BEST RELAXED NATURE POKEMON
Trick Room walls exist, and they use Relaxed. 10% more Defense, 10% less Speed. That Speed drop actually helps under Trick Room. For Legends: Arceus, Cresselia is one of the most popular Relaxed users, alongside Tangrowth and Uxie. Legends: Arceus assigns natures randomly. No breeding, no Synchronize, no mints. Getting Relaxed is pure luck.
Relaxed raises Defense by 10% and lowers Speed by 10%. Slow physical walls, often used in Trick Room. 26 Pokemon competitively run this nature.

Relaxed gives your Pokemon 10% more Defense at the cost of Speed. That tradeoff works best when the lowered stat isn't part of your moveset. Pokemon with Relaxed nature prefer Sour flavor and dislike Sweet.
What are the best Relaxed nature Pokemon?
Competitively, Cresselia, Tangrowth, Uxie, and Hippowdon run Relaxed most often. The +Defense boost complements their role, and the -Speed penalty barely affects their game plan.
Is Relaxed a good nature for competitive Pokemon?
