Stats & Training
You won't find a real weakness in Medicham's stat line. It's well-rounded for the Meditate Pokemon, and what it does with that depends on moveset and items. Yields 2 Speed EVs, on a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
It is said that through meditation, MEDICHAM heightens energy inside its body and sharpens its sixth sense. This POKéMON hides its presence by merging itself with fields and mountains.
Through the power of meditation, MEDICHAM developed its sixth sense. It gained the ability to use psychokinetic powers. This POKéMON is known to meditate for a whole month without eating.

Ruby & Sapphire Evolution
Medicham is what Meditite becomes. Breed it for Meditite eggs (average hatch time). A decent partner pool for breeding via one egg group. Eggs are average hatch time. The evolution from Meditite pushed Medicham to 410 total stats. HP saw the largest single gain at +30. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.

Ruby & Sapphire Medicham Best Moveset
For a physical attacker, Medicham wants max Attack and Speed EVs and Salacberry. The Jolly nature tilts toward fast physical duty, and Pure Power contributes without taking a move slot.

Medicham Guide
In Ruby & Sapphire, Medicham looks average on paper at 410 BST. But Pure Power is why it sees play. Build around that and it pulls its weight. C-Tier on our tier list. Shadow Ball with Salacberry is the standard set.
Mega Evolution isn't available in Ruby & Sapphire, but Medicham does have a Mega form in Gen 6-7 games (X/Y, ORAS, Sun/Moon). Mega Medicham hits 510 BST.
In Ruby & Sapphire, Medicham's biggest threats include Salamence (Flying) and Misdreavus (Ghost), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Only 2 weaknesses means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
Medicham gets Pure Power and Telepathy. But Pure Power is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that.
Medicham is a mixed attacker with base 60 Attack and 60 Sp. Atk. Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 80 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many.
Game Availability
Available since Ruby & Sapphire, Medicham appears in 15 games spanning 8 generations. Beyond its original form, it gained a Mega form in Generation 6.
