Psychic locked into MoveHidden Power as the only move. AbilityLevitate adds Ground immunity. 72 Sp. Atk behind one attack can't compete in any format. Mega Evolutions raised the power floor even further from Unown's already nonexistent competitive standing.

Honestly, in X & Y Unown is a tough sell. It rates just F-Tier, and stronger Psychic options exist. Fun pick, not a practical one.
In X & Y, use Unown as a balanced. Splits damage between physical and special. Not the fastest,
For X & Y, run Timid on Unown. +Speed is what matters, and the -Attack cut doesn't hurt this set. Fits the balanced role.
