Kalos opens gently with Viola’s Lv 12 Vivillon in Santalune City. Diantha comes after an Elite Four you can take in any order, with a team up to Lv 68.

CAP is each team’s top level, the Nuzlocke cap, and +N is its rise since the gym before. After the last badge comes the Elite Four at the Pokémon League: Malva, Wikstrom, Drasna and Siebold, in any order, then Champion Diantha.

The two biggest jumps are Viola to Grant (+13) and Olympia to Wulfric (+11). The Froakie and Fennekin lines each have the edge in 2 of the 8 gyms: the Froakie line at Grant and Olympia, the Fennekin line at Ramos and Wulfric. The gym leaders, the Elite Four and Champion Diantha use the same teams in both versions.
