Mega Lopunny shifts to Normal/Fighting with AbilityScrappy hitting Ghost types with Normal and Fighting moves. 136 Attack at 135 Speed fires faster than nearly everything. The moveset depends entirely on the Mega form, because the base E-tier stats can't justify any competitive slot without it.
