The egg pool carries weight here. Acid Armor and Astonish aren't available any other way for Duosion, and they meaningfully change what it threatens. Stack those on top of Future Sight and Dream Eater for solid options.

Duosion Black 2 & White 2 Guide
At 370 BST, Duosion is firmly in pre-evolution territory. Evolve it into Reuniclus before bringing it to any serious fight.
In Black 2 & White 2, Duosion's biggest threats include Heracross (Bug), Chandelure (Ghost), and Tyranitar (Dark), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. At base 30 Speed, Duosion won't outrun any of these threats so switching to a resist is usually the safer play.
Duosion gets Magic Guard, Overcoat, and Regenerator. But Magic Guard is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that.
In Black 2 & White 2, Regenerator is the hidden ability. It heals for 1/3 max HP upon switching out. Worth hunting for if you want Duosion to compete at a higher level.
Duosion is a special attacker with base 125 Sp. Atk. Speed tells the real story. Base 30 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. Fits the cannon role.
Game Availability
Since Black & White, Duosion has been obtainable in 8 games. A Generation 5 debut means a shorter history, but Duosion has appeared steadily across every generation since.
