SM Deoxys Best Moveset
150/150 mixed offenses at 150 Speed in the base form fire the fastest and hardest-hitting attacks available. Defense Forme switches to 160/160 defenses. Speed Forme reaches 180 Speed. Attack Forme pushes 180/180 offenses. The moveset earns S-tier through four formes that each maximize a different stat distribution to extremes nothing else approaches.

Deoxys Sun & Moon Guide
In Sun & Moon, Deoxys is a Mythical Pokemon rated B-Tier. At 600 BST, it hits hard. It excels as a pivot. Psychoboost with Focus Sash is the standard set.
In Sun & Moon, Deoxys's biggest threats include Heracross (Bug), Misdreavus (Ghost), and Houndoom (Dark), all carrying super-effective STAB moves.
Pressure is the go-to ability for Deoxys. It increases the PP cost of moves targetting the Pokémon by one. It's Deoxys's only ability.
Deoxys is a mixed attacker with base 95 Attack and 95 Sp. Atk. Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 180 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. Fits the pivot role.
For Sun & Moon, the core moveset is Psychoboost, Psychic, Dark Pulse, and Superpower. Psychoboost leads at 0% usage. This set covers the pivot role with a mix of damage and utility.
