Cutiefly is technically a pre-evolution of Ribombee, but it holds its own in formats where Eviolite is allowed. Dragon moves can't touch it, which offsets the 5 weaknesses somewhat. Known as the Bee Fly Pokemon. Flexible enough to run physical or special sets.
Speed and Sp. Atk carry most of Cutiefly's stat budget. HP's the obvious dump stat. Common in the wild and yields 1 Speed EV. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
It feeds on the nectar and pollen of flowers. Because it’s able to sense auras, it can identify which flowers are about to bloom.
Myriads of Cutiefly flutter above the heads of people who have auras resembling those of flowers.
Cutiefly Weakness
AvgType-wise, Cutiefly takes extra damage from Fire, Poison, Flying, Rock, and Steel. Dragon moves do nothing thanks to a full immunity. 5 resistances help offset the weaknesses.
One evolution ahead. Cutiefly grows into Ribombee through a straightforward two-stage chain. No compatible partners for breeding via two egg groups. Eggs are average hatch time. Evolving adds up to 160 stat points total.
How to Evolve
Breed Cutiefly easily from the Bug and Fairy egg groups. Pass egg moves like Baton Pass, Bestow, Moonblast and 2 more to offspring.
The Sash lets Cutiefly ignore defensive shortcomings for one turn. Use that turn to get Sticky Web up, and Sweetveil squeezes extra value from the position. Max HP and Speed EVs push damage output.

Breeding's the move. Baton Pass and Bestow give Cutiefly options it can't learn any other way, and Grass and Flying coverage and more already covers a decent range on top of Moonblast and Bug Buzz. The egg moves push it further.
