Cinccino's built around physical offense. Speed leads the charge, Defense pays for it. Moderately hard to find, worth 2 Speed EVs. Follows a fast 800K XP curve.
Its body secretes oil that this Pokémon spreads over its nest as a coating to protect it from dust. Cinccino won’t tolerate even a speck of the stuff.
A special oil that seeps through their fur helps them avoid attacks. The oil fetches a high price at market.
Fighting moves hit Cinccino for super-effective damage. The upside? Ghost-type moves can't touch it at all. At base 115 Speed, Cinccino outspeeds most threats and doesn't need to tank what it can outrun.

Don't let Cinccino's 470 base stat total fool you. Technician is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it A-Tier as a pivot.
Watch for Lucario (Fighting) when using Cinccino. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about. Cinccino's base 115 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
Run Technician on Cinccino. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Cinccino also gets Cute Charm and Skill Link, but they don't compare.
Cinccino fills the pivot role. It's a physical attacker with base 95 Attack. Base 115 Speed lets it outrun most of the field.
Cinccino has answers, but so do you. Super-effective STAB from faster Pokemon is the simplest answer. Fighting-type attackers hit hardest.
Introduced in Black & White, Cinccino has appeared in 8 games across 6 generations. Later debuts mean fewer total appearances, but it's been a consistent presence since its introduction.
