A special oil that seeps through their fur helps them avoid attacks. The oil fetches a high price at market.

In Sun & Moon, Don't let Cinccino's 470 base stat total fool you. Technician is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier as a pivot. Tailslap with Choice Band is the standard set.
In Sun & Moon, watch for Lucario (Fighting) when using Cinccino. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about. Cinccino's base 115 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
