On paper, Cinccino looks underwhelming. In practice, Technician boosts weaker moves to surprising damage levels — and that's the whole story. Normal typing means Ghost moves can't touch it, and only a single type hits it super-effectively. Known as the Scarf Pokemon.
Cinccino's built around physical offense. Speed leads the charge, Defense pays for it. Moderately hard to find, worth 2 Speed EVs. Follows a fast 800K XP curve.
The white parts of its coat are covered in an oil secreted from its body, so this Pokémon can slide right away from its enemies’ attacks.
The oil that seeps from its body is really smooth. For people troubled by bad skin, this oil is an effective treatment.
