To get Clefable, start by catching Cleffa through walking and gift encounters at Lv. 8-12. The chain covers 1 catchable stage before reaching the final form.

Clefable doesn't evolve through normal leveling. You'll need an evolution item to get here from Cleffa's line. Breed this form to get Cleffa eggs (quick to hatch). Normal type in this format with 95 HP and 95 Sp. Atk behind solid special coverage. AbilityCute Charm attracts on contact, occasionally disrupting physical attackers.
