B2W2 Smeargle Best Moveset
Access to every move in the game through MoveSketch. MoveSpore puts targets to sleep at 100%% accuracy, MoveStealth Rock sets hazards, and MoveSticky Web slows the entire opposing team. The moveset sacrifices all offensive power for the widest support pool any Pokemon can offer. 75 Speed fires first when it matters.

Moves List
Not a lot to pick from. Smeargle gets Normal STAB for same-type damage, and limited coverage rounds things out. You're building around what's available rather than choosing from a deep bench.

Smeargle Black 2 & White 2 Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, watch for Hitmonlee (Fighting) when using Smeargle. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
In Black 2 & White 2, Smeargle has niche appeal at best. 250 base stats means you're fighting uphill by mid-game. There are better Normal Pokemon available.
In Black 2 & White 2, Technician changes the entire equation for Smeargle. The 250 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as a hazard setter. Rapid Spin with Focus Sash is the standard set.
Technician is what you want on Smeargle. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Own Tempo, Moody) work on paper but Technician is what makes Smeargle worth using.
Base 75 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Smeargle is a physical attacker with base 20 Attack. Defensively? Fragile, can't afford to take many hits. Best used as a hazard setter.
