B2W2 Scizor Best Moveset
AbilityTechnician turns MoveBullet Punch into 60-power Steel priority that ignores Speed entirely. 130 Attack behind the boosted hit finishes weakened targets before they can act. The moveset forces opponents to keep something healthy because weakened Pokemon die to priority. MoveU-turn hits and switches for momentum. Bug/Steel resists 8 types.

Scizor Black 2 & White 2 Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, Scizor looks average on paper at 500 BST. But Technician is why it sees play. Build around that and it pulls its weight. A-Tier wallbreaker on our tier list. Bullet Punch with Life Orb is the standard set.
Mega Evolution isn't available in Black 2 & White 2, but Scizor does have a Mega form in Gen 6-7 games (X/Y, ORAS, Sun/Moon). Mega Scizor hits 600 BST.
Scizor is obtained by trade-evolving Scyther. Catch or evolve a Scyther first, then trade. Trade needs a Game Boy Advance link cable and a second GBA running another Gen 3 game (FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald). Trade Scyther to a friend, then have them trade it back. The 2026 Switch re-release supports the same trade through local wireless on the Pokemon Center 2F Wireless Club, with no cables required. The Metal Coat must be held during the trade. Bring one over from a sibling Gen 3 game if needed.
Scizor gets Technician, Swarm, and Light Metal. But Technician is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that. On wall sets, Technician pairs with Scizor's base 100 Defense to absorb physical hits on the switch.
Game Availability
Available since Gold & Silver, Scizor appears in 19 games spanning 9 generations. Beyond its original form, it gained a Mega form in Generation 6.
