Dropped from A-tier as 105 Sp. Atk at 120 Speed behind pure Grass TermStab couldn't compete with the format's dedicated special attackers. Hidden AbilityUnburden doubles the already-high Speed when an item is consumed. The moveset hits fast but C-tier because the power ceiling is too low and Grass typing alone limits coverage.
