Stats & Training
Regigigas's all-in on Attack at the expense of Sp. Atk. The physical lean is obvious from the bars. Yields 3 Attack EVs and follows a slow 1.25M XP grind.
All over the world, there are legends that tell of Regigigas creating other Pokémon in its own image.
It’s said that Regigigas created other Pokémon from many different materials before it moved the continents to where they are today.
Regigigas Weakness
Type-wise, Regigigas takes extra damage from Fighting. Ghost moves do nothing thanks to a full immunity. Regigigas's overall bulk (110/110/110) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Fighting |
| 0x (Immune) | Ghost |
In Sword & Shield, Gurdurr's Drain Punch hits Regigigas for 46-55%. Conkeldurr's Drain Punch hits Regigigas for 63-74%.

Regigigas Guide
In Sword & Shield, Regigigas is a Legendary Pokemon rated B-Tier. At 670 BST, it hits hard. It excels as a wall. Protect with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Sword & Shield, Regigigas's biggest threats include Blaziken (Fighting), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about. Regigigas has enough bulk to absorb a hit, but don't push the matchup. Pivot to a teammate that resists.
Slow Start is the go-to ability for Regigigas. It halves Attack and Speed for five turns upon entering battle. It's Regigigas's only ability.
In Sword & Shield, Regigigas fills the wall role. It's leaning toward the physical side (base 160 Attack). Base 100 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. And it's tanky enough to absorb a few hits.
In Sword & Shield, the best way to handle Regigigas: Status moves (Toxic, Will-O-Wisp) wear it down. Setup sweepers can use it as a boost opportunity. Special attackers bypass its physical bulk.
