Stats & Training
Regieleki's all-in on Speed at the expense of Defense. The mixed lean is obvious from the bars. Yields 3 Speed EVs and follows a slow 1.25M XP grind.
This Pokémon is a cluster of electrical energy. It’s said that removing the rings on Regieleki’s body will unleash the Pokémon’s latent power.
Its entire body is made up of a single organ that generates electrical energy. Regieleki is capable of creating all Galar’s electricity.
Regieleki Weakness
Type-wise, Regieleki takes extra damage from Ground. Its Electric typing keeps the defensive matchups simple. At base 200 Speed, Regieleki outspeeds most threats and doesn't need to tank what it can outrun.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Ground |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Electric, Flying, Steel |
In Sword & Shield, Dragapult can KO Regieleki with Draco Meteor (152-179%). Runerigus's Poltergeist hits Regieleki for 66-78%.

Regieleki Guide
In Sword & Shield, Regieleki is a Legendary Pokemon rated A-Tier. At 580 BST, it hits hard. It excels as a sweeper. Volt Switch with Magnet is the standard set.
In Sword & Shield, Regieleki's biggest threats include Golem (Ground), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about. Regieleki's base 200 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
Transistor is the go-to ability for Regieleki. It powers up Electric-type moves. It's Regieleki's only ability.
In Sword & Shield, Regieleki fills the sweeper role. It's a special attacker with base 100 Sp. Atk. Base 200 Speed lets it outrun most of the field.
In Sword & Shield, the best way to handle Regieleki: Priority moves (Mach Punch, Aqua Jet, Ice Shard) bypass its speed. Bulky walls that resist its STAB also shut it down.
