150 HP with Ghost/Flying typing and AbilityUnburden doubling Speed after item use. AbilityFlare Boost as a hidden ability raises Sp. Atk by 50%% when burned. 90 Sp. Atk under Flare Boost approaches real power. But 44/54 defenses make the 150 HP deceptive. The moveset has unique ability combinations on a frame too fragile to use them.
