Diancie Weakness
Diancie's Rock/Fairy typing leaves it vulnerable to Steel, Water, Grass, and Ground. Steel hits land at 4x, so they're the biggest threat. It shrugs off Dragon-type attacks completely. The Rock/Fairy typing picks up 5 resistances to work with. Diancie's overall bulk (50/150/150) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.

Diancie Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Guide
For the Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon meta, At 600 BST, Diancie is built different. We rank it B-Tier. As a Mythical Pokemon, the raw stats back up the reputation. Best used as an attacker. Diamondstorm with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, yes. Mega Diancie is the evolved form, sitting at 700 BST. Big power spike over base Diancie (600). Equip the Mega Stone and it transforms in battle.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, watch for Aegislash (Steel), Greninja (Water), and Venusaur (Grass) when using Diancie. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Aegislash is the most dangerous since Steel moves deal 4x damage. Ground-type attackers are also a problem. Diancie has enough bulk to absorb a hit, but don't push the matchup. Pivot to a teammate that resists.
Clear Body prevents stats from being lowered by other Pokémon. That's the one you want on Diancie. It's the only ability Diancie has.
Diancie is a mixed attacker with base 100 Attack and 100 Sp. Atk. Tanky enough to absorb a few hits, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. Fits the attacker role.
