150/150 in both Attack and Sp. Atk at 150 Speed with 50/50 defenses. The fastest non-mega Pokemon with the offensive stats to match. Held ItemFocus Sash guarantees surviving one hit. NatureHasty maximizes Speed. The moveset sets MoveStealth Rock and hits from either side with devastating power. 50 HP and 50 defenses mean anything that touches it deals lethal damage.

In Scarlet & Violet, Deoxys is a Mythical Pokemon rated A-Tier. At 600 BST, it hits hard. It excels as a sweeper. Psychoboost with Focus Sash is the standard set.
In Scarlet & Violet, Deoxys's biggest threats include Heracross (Bug), Misdreavus (Ghost), and Houndoom (Dark), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Deoxys's base 150 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
Pressure is the go-to ability for Deoxys. It increases the PP cost of moves targetting the Pokémon by one. It's Deoxys's only ability.
Deoxys is a mixed attacker with base 180 Attack and 180 Sp. Atk. Fragile, can't afford to take many hits, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 150 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. Fits the sweeper role.
In Scarlet & Violet, the best way to handle Deoxys: Priority moves (Mach Punch, Aqua Jet, Ice Shard) bypass its speed. Bulky walls that resist its STAB also shut it down.
