Blastoise Best Moveset
MoveShell Smash raises Attack, Sp. Atk, and Speed by two stages in one turn, and Held ItemWhite Herb restores the defensive drops instantly. AbilityTorrent at low HP after the offensive push adds even more Water damage. The moveset turns a defensive frame into one of the hardest-hitting Water-types for a single devastating sequence.
Starmie did everything Blastoise wanted to do, but faster and with Psychic STAB. Blastoise was bulky enough but couldn't carve a niche above the competition.
