Make Sandwiches - Eating a sandwich will give type boosts, increased catch power, encounter rate, and even shiny encounter rate.
Breed Pokemon - You can breed to compatible pokemon at a picnic and receive a pokemon egg.
Transfer Egg Moves - You can transfer Egg Moves between pokemon using the Mirror Herb Held item. Simply have the pokemon with the move at the picnic and have the pokemon you want to learn the move holding the Mirror Herb.
