The Teamfight Tactics Item Build List Recipes details the required basic items you need to combine and create new and much stronger items for your champions in TFT. If you click the Item Image you can view what items you should use with each Origin and Class based on their Bonus Buff Synergy.

These are the TFT Base Items you will obtain between rounds and during carrousel which then can be built into more stronger complete items using the recipes listed below.

Berserker AxeWearer is also a Berserker. +
Blade of the Ruined KingWearer is also a Blademaster. +
Bloodthirster40% Lifesteal. Heal by 40% of the damage dealt by basic attacks. +
Cursed BladeAttacks have a 20% chance to Reduce enemy's star level by 1 +
DarkinWearer is also a Demon. +
DeathbladeWhenever the wearer kills or participates in killing an enemy, gain +15 Attack Damage for the remainder of combat. This effect can stack any number of times. +
Dragon's ClawGain 83% resistance to magic damage. +
Force of NatureGain 1+ Team Size +
Frozen HeartAdjacent enemies Attack Speed is 25% Slower. +
Frozen MalletWearer is also a Glacial. +
Giant SlayerThe wearer's basic attacks deal an additional 5% of the target's Maximum Health as true damage. +
Guardian AngelWearer revives with 500 Health. +
Guinsoo's RagebladeAttacks grant 5% Attack Speed. Stacks infinitely. +
Hand of JusticeAt the beginning of the planning phase, the wearer randomly gains either 40% increased damage or 40 life on hit until end of round. +
Hextech GunbladeHeal for 25% of all damage dealt. +
HushAttacks have a 33% chance on hit to prevent enemy champion from gaining mana +
Iceborne GauntletOn dodge, create an expandable 30% attack speed slow zone. +
Inferno CinderWearer is also an Inferno. +
Infinity EdgeCritical Strikes deal +200% damage. +
Ionic SparkWhenever an enemy casts a spell, they take 125 true damage. +
Jeweled GauntletYour abilities can critically strike. +
Knight's VowWearer is also a Knight. +
Locket of the Iron SolariOn start of combat, all adjacent allies gain a shield of 300 for 7 seconds. +
Luden's EchoSpells deal 180 splash damage when an ability hits an enemy. +

Red BuffAttacks deal 20% Maximum Health burn damage over 10 seconds. Burned units cannot heal. +
RedemptionAt 25% Maximum Health, heal all nearby allies for 1200 Health. +
Repeating CrossbowWhen the wearer dies, Repeating Crossbow is re-equipped to a new ally. Each time Repeating Crossbow is re-equipped, it grants additional +30% Attack Speed and +30% Critical Strike Chance for the remainder of combat. This effect can stack any number of times. +
Runaan's HurricaneAttacks 1 additional enemy. These additional attacks deal 75% damage and Apply on hit effects. +
Seraph's EmbraceRegain 20 mana each time a spell is cast. +
Spear of ShojinAfter casting an ability, wearer gains 15% of its max mana per attack. +
Statikk ShivEvery 3rd attack deals 100 splash magical damage and bounces up to 3 targets. +
Sword BreakerAttacks have a 33% chance to disarm for 3 seconds. +
Sword of the DivineEach 1 second, the wearer has a 7% chance to gain 100% Critical Strike untill the end of the combat. +
Talisman of LightWearer is also a Light. +
Thief's GlovesAt the beginning of each planning phase, the wearer equips 2 temporary items. Temporary items increase in power based on your player level. +
ThornmailReflect 100% of mitigated damage taken from attacks as Magic Damage. +
Titanic HydraAttacks deal 10% of the wearer's max Health as splash damage. +
Trap ClawAt the beginning of combat, the wearer gains a shield that blocks the first enemy spell that hits them. The enemy that breaks the shield is stunned for 4 seconds. +
Warden's MailWearer is also a Warden. +
Warmog's ArmorWearer regenerates 6% missing Health per second. +
Youmuu's GhostbladeWearer is also an Assassin. +
YuumiWearer is also a Sorcerer. +
Zeke's HeraldAllies two spaces to the left and right of the wearer gain +15% Attack Speed. +
ZephyrOn start of combat, banish an enemy for 6 seconds. The unit that mirrors the wielder placement on the other side of the board is banished. +
