Icebody and Eviolite give Snorunt staying power beyond its evolution stage. Rash nature boosts Sp. Atk, a spread EV build EVs set the spread, and the pre-evolution bulk actually works here.

Snorunt is meant to evolve into Glalie. At 300 BST, the stats aren't there for competitive play yet. Pre-evolution Pokemon rarely hold up against fully evolved threats.
Inner Focus prevents flinching — that's the one you want on Snorunt. Moody is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses. Ice Body works too if your team needs something different.
Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Snorunt is a mixed attacker — base 50 Attack and 50 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Fragile — can't afford to take many hits.
