The stat budget goes to damage. Speed and Attack carry the offense, Sp. Atk doesn't even come close. A Rabbit Pokemon on a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve, worth 2 Speed EVs per KO.
Its thick and fluffy fur protects it from the cold and enables it to use hotter fire moves.
It kicks berries right off the branches of trees and then juggles them with its feet, practicing its footwork.
Type-wise, Raboot takes extra damage from Water, Ground, and Rock. With 6 resistances, the defensive profile is strong. Standard number of weaknesses for the Fire typing.

Partway through Scorbunny's chain. Raboot still has another evolution ahead before reaching Cinderace. For breeding, average hatch time with a massive partner pool via two egg groups. How to Evolve
Click U-turn, bring in a teammate, repeat. Raboot's pivot game is backed by Heavy-Duty Boots for hazard immunity on every switch-in and max Attack and Speed EVs. Libero works in the background while the remaining moves covers bad matchups.

Moves
TMs carry this one. Raboot learns Overheat and Flare Blitz naturally for STAB, but the offensive range comes almost entirely from technical machines. Normal and Fighting and beyond give it real matchup play.

Breeding's the move. High Jump Kick and Sand Attack give Raboot options it can't learn any other way, and coverage across 8 types already covers a decent range on top of Overheat and Flare Blitz. The egg moves push it further.
Raboot is meant to evolve into Cinderace. At 420 BST, the stats aren't there for competitive play yet. Pre-evolution Pokemon rarely hold up against fully evolved threats.
Libero is what you want on Raboot. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Blaze) work on paper but Libero is what makes Raboot worth using.
Libero is the hidden ability. It libero changes the Pokémon's type to that of its previously used attack. Worth hunting for if you want Raboot to compete at a higher level.
Raboot joined the series in Sword & Shield and has been available in 2 titles so far. With 3 generations of appearances, it's established itself despite the later start.
