Raboot is technically a pre-evolution of Cinderace, but it holds its own in formats where Eviolite is allowed. Libero changes type to match whatever move it uses, adding extra value. Known as the Rabbit Pokemon.

The stat budget goes to damage. Speed and Attack carry the offense, Sp. Atk doesn't even come close. A Rabbit Pokemon on a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve, worth 2 Speed EVs per KO.

How to Obtain Raboot in Scarlet & Violet

  1. Scorbunny
    Step 1Obtain Scorbunny
  2. Raboot
    Step 2Raboot
  • Raboot is meant to evolve into Cinderace. At 420 BST, the stats aren't there for competitive play yet. Pre-evolution Pokemon rarely hold up against fully evolved threats.

  • Raboot's biggest threats include Greninja (Water), Landorus (Ground), and Golem (Rock), all carrying super-effective STAB moves.

  • Scorbunny evolves into Raboot at level 16. Raboot evolves into Cinderace at level 35. Raboot is a middle-stage evolution in the Scorbunny line.

  • Libero is what you want on Raboot. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Blaze) work on paper but Libero is what makes Raboot worth using.

  • Base 94 Speed is workable — faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Raboot is a physical attacker with base 86 Attack.

  • Raboot can be found in Scarlet & Violet and Sword & Shield.

Raboot joined the series in Sword & Shield and has been available in 2 titles so far. With 2 generations of appearances, it's established itself despite the later start.
