Stats & Training
Pelipper's spread isn't flashy. Defense leads, Attack trails, 2 stats clear the bar. Tough to catch and worth 2 Defense EVs, on a medium-fast 1M XP curve.

Pelipper Weakness
Pelipper's Water/Flying typing leaves it vulnerable to Electric and Rock. Electric hits land at 4x, so they're the biggest threat. It shrugs off Ground-type attacks completely. It resists 5 types, giving it decent defensive coverage. Pelipper's physical bulk (base 100 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 4x (Critical) | Electric |
| 2x (Weak) | Rock |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Fire, Water, Fighting, Bug, Steel |
| 0x (Immune) | Ground |

Pelipper Guide
In Black & White, Wingull evolves into Pelipper at level 25. Pelipper is the fully evolved form. It sits at 440 BST in its evolved form.
For Black & White, it depends on your team. Pelipper at 440 BST isn't a powerhouse, but the Water/Flying coverage might be exactly what you're missing.
In Black & White, Don't let Pelipper's 440 base stat total fool you. Drizzle is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier. Hurricane with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Black & White, Run Drizzle on Pelipper. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Pelipper also gets Keen Eye and Rain Dish, but they don't compare.
