Ghost moves don't affect Miltank at all — that's the advantage of Normal typing. Sap Sipper absorbs Grass moves and boosts its Attack. Introduced in Gen 2. Clears the crowded base-100 Speed benchmark.
Bulk defines Miltank's stat line. Defense and Speed anchor the defensive side, but Sp. Atk can't keep up offensively. Tough to catch and worth 2 Defense EVs.

Miltank Weakness
GoodFighting-type moves hit Miltank for super-effective damage. The upside? Ghost-type moves can't touch it at all. Thick Fat reduces Fire/Ice damage, further improving the defensive spread. Miltank's physical bulk (base 105 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.
