Stats & Training
The stat budget goes to damage. Sp. Atk and Speed carry the offense, HP doesn't even come close. A Discharge Pokemon on a slow 1.25M XP grind, worth 2 Speed EVs per KO.
Mega Evolution fills its body with a tremendous amount of electricity, but it's too much for Manectric to fully control.
Too much electricity has built up in its body, irritating Manectric. Its explosive speed is equal to that of a lightning bolt.
Manectric Weakness
Type-wise, Manectric takes extra damage from Ground. Few weaknesses and 3 resistances make the typing clean. With 70 HP and balanced defenses, Manectric can afford to eat a neutral hit or two.
