Goldeen is technically a pre-evolution of Seaking, but it can still hold its own in battle. Only weak to Electric and Grass. Known as the Goldfish Pokemon. Built to hit on the physical side.
Attack and Speed carry most of Goldeen's stat budget. Sp. Atk's the obvious dump stat. Easy to catch and yields 1 Attack stat exp. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
Its dorsal, pectoral and tail fins wave elegantly in water. That is why it is known as the water dancer.
A strong swimmer, it is capable of swimming nonstop up fast streams at a steady speed of five knots.
Goldeen Weakness
GoodType-wise, Goldeen takes extra damage from Electric and Grass. 4 resistances help offset the weaknesses. Just 2 weak spots to worry about, which keeps teambuilding straightforward.

Breed Goldeen easily with 9 breeding partners from the Water2 egg group. Pass egg moves like Haze, Hydro Pump, Psybeam to offspring.
