Quiver Dance boosts Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed in one move. After one boost, Volcarona sweeps through Drayden, the E4, and Iris. One of the best Pokemon in any game.

B2W2 Volcarona Best Moveset
MoveQuiver Dance boosts Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed simultaneously, and 135 Sp. Atk behind even one boost fires Bug/Fire TermStab at power that ends games. 100 Speed before the boost already outruns most targets. Opponents need to KO before the first dance or watch the moveset take over. 50%% MoveStealth Rock damage is the one cost.

For Black 2 & White 2, we rate Volcarona A-Tier: a strong pick in Black 2 & White 2's competitive scene. At 550 BST, it fits the sweeper role. Quiver Dance with Lum Berry is the standard set.
Volcarona is a static encounter at Unova Relic Castle in Black 2 & White 2. Volcarona appears at level 35. Save before the encounter. These one-shot Pokemon don't respawn if you knock them out or run out of Poke Balls.
Flame Body has a 30% chance of burning attacking Pokémon on contact. That's the one you want on Volcarona. Swarm is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Base 100 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. On offense, Volcarona is a special attacker with base 135 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a sweeper.
