Don't let the raw stats fool you. Intimidate lowers the opponent's Attack on switch-in, and that completely changes the math for Squawkabilly. Ground and Ghost moves can't touch it, and only 3 types hit it super-effectively. Introduced in Gen 9.
The stat budget goes to damage. Attack and Speed carry the offense, Sp. Atk doesn't even come close. A Parrot Pokemon on a standard growth curve, worth 1 Attack EV per KO.
Squawkabilly Weakness
GoodSquawkabilly's Normal/Flying typing leaves it vulnerable to Electric, Ice, and Rock moves. It shrugs off Ground and Ghost-type attacks completely. Squawkabilly leans offensive (base 96 Atk) rather than trying to tank its weaknesses.
No evolution chain to worry about here. Squawkabilly is a standalone Pokemon with no compatible partners for breeding through one egg group. Eggs come out quick to hatch.
How to Evolve
Breed Squawkabilly easily from the Flying egg group.
You commit to a move every time Squawkabilly comes in. Choice Scarf gives speed patching through item lock, and Intimidate adds to that. Max Attack and Speed EVs make sure the locked move actually hurts. The remaining moves covers the rest.

Intimidate is what you want on Squawkabilly. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Hustle, Guts) work on paper but Intimidate is what makes Squawkabilly worth using.
Base 92 Speed is workable — faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Squawkabilly is leaning toward the physical side (base 96 Attack). Best used as a pivot.
