B2W2 Pikachu Best Moveset
Both Attack stats double through Held ItemLight Ball, turning fragile 50/50 offenses into effective 100/100 that threaten unprepared lower-tier teams. 90 Speed outruns slower targets. But 35 HP means any faster attacker answers Pikachu with a single unresisted hit. The moveset is high reward, zero durability.
