Togekiss is a normal,flying-type from Gen 4. 120 base Sp. Atk is its best stat. Known as the Jubilee Pokemon. It needs some investment to avoid getting outsped.
Togekiss's spread isn't flashy. Sp. Atk leads, Attack trails, 5 stats clear the bar. Tough to catch and worth 3 Sp. Atk and Sp. Def EVs, on a fast 800K XP curve.

How to Evolve
Breed with Togekiss to get Togepi eggs easily from the Fairy and Flying egg groups. Notable egg moves include Extrasensory, Foresight, Future Sight and 9 more.
Timid nature gives Togekiss the fast special lean it needs to trade hits effectively. Leftovers adds passive recovery each turn, a spread EV build EVs split the difference, and the remaining moves punishes anything trying to wall it. Roost keeps it topped off between trades.

Togekiss has no type weaknesses, making it hard to counter through typing alone. Focus on status moves, entry hazards, or raw neutral damage to take it down.
Hustle is the go-to ability for Togekiss. It strengthens physical moves to inflict 1.5× damage, but decreases their accuracy to 0.8×. Its hidden ability Super Luck can work in specific setups. Serene Grace is the other option — pick based on what your team needs.
