Black & White Celestial Tower
Trainers climb this tower to lay departed Pokemon to rest, one of the few places in Unova that turns solemn. Ring the bell at the summit and its tone is said to mirror the heart of whoever rang it.
Celestial Tower is in Unova. In the story you arrive from Route 7 through its entrance and it comes before Route 17.
HIGHLIGHTS
Pokemon Encounters
Litwick owns the tower at 100%, and neither it nor Elgyem spawns anywhere else in Unova. The Ghost-plus-Fire line is worth raising; the psychic alien is worth at least a Pokedex stop.

Celestial Tower Guide
Celestial Tower is a memorial where trainers lay departed Pokemon to rest. At the top you meet Skyla tending an injured Flying-type, and ringing the bell sends her back to open the Mistralton Gym. Finishing the climb is what lets you challenge her for the badge.
Celestial Tower is the main home of Litwick, the small Ghost and Fire candle. It's worth the catch since the line ends in Chandelure, one of the strongest special attackers in the game. Litwick grows into Lampent, then a Dusk Stone turns Lampent into Chandelure.
