B2W2 Bulbasaur Best Moveset
Nothing at this level needs to prepare for Bulbasaur specifically. MoveSleep Powder forces one safe switch, but the damage output barely registers after that. The moveset threatens sleep and nothing else at these stats. Venusaur two evolutions away is the actual threat teams build around.
