Buizel is technically a pre-evolution of Floatzel, but it can still hold its own in battle. Swift Swim doubles its Speed in rain, adding extra value. Only weak to Electric and Grass. Known as the Sea Weasel Pokemon.
Speed and Attack carry most of Buizel's stat budget. Sp. Def's the obvious dump stat. Common in the wild and yields 1 Speed EV. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
It inflates its flotation sac, keeping its face above water in order to watch for prey movement.

Waterfall is the safe click most turns. Choice Scarf locks Buizel into it but rewards with speed patching through item lock. Adamant nature and max Attack and Speed EVs maximize that first hit. Swiftswim helps on the margins.
