Seel is technically a pre-evolution of Dewgong, but it holds its own in formats where Eviolite is allowed. Thick Fat halves incoming Fire and Ice damage, adding extra value. Part of the Gen 1 roster. Only weak to Electric and Grass.
You won't find a real weakness in Seel's stat line. It's well-rounded for the Sea Lion Pokemon, and what it does with that depends on moveset and items. Yields 1 Sp. Def EV, on a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
SEEL hunt for prey in frigid, ice-covered seas. When it needs to breathe, it punches a hole through the ice with the sharply protruding section of its head.
Seel Weakness
GoodType-wise, Seel takes extra damage from Electric and Grass. The Water typing picks up 4 resistances to work with. Thick Fat reduces Fire/Ice damage, further improving the defensive spread.
