AvgNaganadel is weak to Ice, Ground, Psychic, and Dragon-type moves. 7 resistances give it solid defensive coverage on top of that. Naganadel leans toward special offense (base 127 Sp.Atk) instead of trying to wall anything.
Naganadel evolved from Poipole after learning Dragon Pulse, landing at 540 stats as a Poison/Dragon type. Breeding isn't in the picture. Evolving from Poipole gave Naganadel the biggest boost in Sp.Atk (+54), bringing the total to 540 stats.
How to Evolve
Focus Sash guarantees Naganadel survives one hit from full HP. That's enough to deal early damage and fire off Sludge Bomb before going down. Beastboost and max Sp. Atk and Speed EVs maximize first-turn impact.
