Now Normal/Fairy instead of pure Normal, gaining Fairy TermStab and Dragon immunity the original Gen 4 version lacked entirely. AbilityCompetitive boosts Sp. Atk when stats are dropped. But 45/20/25 across Attack, Defense, and Sp. Def make the moveset non-functional. One evolution from Wigglytuff.
