Ghost moves don't affect Exploud at all — that's the advantage of Normal typing. It relies on good prediction to keep up. Can go either physical or special depending on the set. Introduced in Gen 3.
Raw HP carries Exploud's bulk more than the defenses do. Defense barely registers. But that HP pool covers for it. A tough to catch Loud Noise Pokemon that yields 3 HP EVs on a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve.
It emits a variety of sounds from the holes all over its body. Its loud cries can be heard from over six miles away.
Exploud Weakness
GoodExploud's Normal typing leaves it vulnerable to Fighting moves. It shrugs off Ghost-type attacks completely. With 104 HP and balanced defenses, Exploud can afford to eat a neutral hit or two.

We rate Exploud D-Tier — outclassed by better options in most formats. At 490 BST, the stats are spread pretty evenly. Base 104 HP stands out.
Watch for Hitmonlee (Fighting) when using Exploud. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
Soundproof protects against sound-based moves — that's the one you want on Exploud. Scrappy is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
At base 68 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Exploud is a physical attacker with base 91 Attack. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two.
