Kommo-o does not spawn in the wild. Instead you can catch Jangmo-o and evolve it into Kommo-o. A popular spawn location you can find Jangmo-o is in the Challenge Road area with a 10% chance to spawn during Overcast weather.

Kommo-o is a Pokemon Sword Exclusive Pokemon and can only be found within the Sword Version of the game.
