While most trainers evolve Drizzile into Inteleon immediately, the unevolved form has a niche with Eviolite boosting its defenses. Only weak to Electric and Grass. Sits at a decent but contested Speed tier. Known as the Water lizard Pokemon.
The stat budget goes to damage. Sp. Atk and Speed carry the offense, Defense doesn't even come close. A Water lizard Pokemon on a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve, worth 2 Sp. Atk EVs per KO.
A clever combatant, this Pokémon battles using water balloons created with moisture secreted from its palms.
Highly intelligent but also very lazy, it keeps enemies out of its territory by laying traps everywhere.
Drizzile Weakness
GoodElectric and Grass-type moves hit Drizzile for super-effective damage. 4 resistances help offset the weaknesses. Drizzile leans toward special offense (base 95 Sp.Atk) instead of trying to wall anything.
Partway through Sobble's chain. Drizzile still has another evolution ahead before reaching Inteleon. For breeding, average hatch time with a massive partner pool via two egg groups. So far, Sp.Atk got the biggest boost (+25 from Sobble). The final form adds another 110 stats on top.
How to Evolve
Breed with Drizzile to get Sobble eggs easily using 278 partners from the Ground and Water1 egg groups.
Eviolite makes Drizzile bulkier than you'd expect from something that still evolves. Defense and Sp. Def investment EVs with Modest nature handle the stat profile. The remaining moves keeps it from being passive.

Level-up moves are just the starting point for Drizzile. TMs unlock Normal and Dark coverage and more and turn a straightforward STAB kit around Hydro Pump and Muddy Water into something with actual range.

Don't skip the egg moves. Drizzile picks up Aqua Jet and Aqua Ring only through breeding, and both fill gaps the natural movepool can't. STAB runs through Muddy Water and Surf while Normal and Dark coverage and more adds range.
Drizzile is meant to evolve into Inteleon. At 420 BST, the stats aren't there for competitive play yet. Pre-evolution Pokemon rarely hold up against fully evolved threats.
Torrent strengthens water moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less — that's the one you want on Drizzile. Sniper is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Base 90 Speed is workable — faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Drizzile is a special attacker with base 95 Sp. Atk. Best used as a pivot.
