Chien-Pao outspeeds most of the metagame without even trying. And the offense backs it up — it's fast AND it hits hard. Psychic moves can't touch it, which offsets the 6 weaknesses somewhat. Known as the Ruinous Pokemon.
Chien-Pao's built around physical offense. Speed leads the charge, Sp. Def pays for it. Very hard to catch, worth 3 Speed EVs. Follows a slow 1.25M XP grind.
This Pokémon can control 100 tons of fallen snow. It plays around innocently by leaping in and out of avalanches it has caused.
The hatred of those who perished by the sword long ago has clad itself in snow and become a Pokémon.
Chien Pao Weakness
FragileType-wise, Chien Pao takes extra damage from Fighting, Fire, Bug, Rock, Steel, and Fairy. Watch out for Fighting attacks, those deal 4x damage. Psychic moves do nothing thanks to a full immunity.
No breeding, no evolution. Chien Pao is a Dark/Ice legendary with 570 base stat total that you obtain once and build around.
How to Evolve
One boost from Swords Dance and Chien Pao gets dangerous fast. The Adamant nature targets max Attack and Speed, and Swordofruin backs the whole approach. Iciclecrash and the remaining moves handle most of what's left standing.
